Wedding Policies & Guarantees

In the event you wedding is cancelled, 60 days prior to your event your 25% deposit is non-refundable; it can be used toward a future order. If your wedding is cancelled 30-59 days prior to the event a 50% refund will be issued. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS issued after 29 days.

Delivery is available at no cost within Red Deer City Limits.
Out of town delivery is available at a fee to be discussed with the client, based on distance
Pick up windows of 30 minutes will be discussed with the client prior to the date of pickup. Failure to show up within your 30 minute time window may result in a date change for pickup.

We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to you specifications.
Food colourings will not match your colours perfectly. All colours will be recreated as best possible.
If using fresh florals on the cake, floral safety is the responsibility of the florist, not wildflour. We will work with the florist to create you vision.
Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
